Why does it Matter How We Move?
A muscle that won’t grow, WON’T burn calories.
AKA- if you can’t do a squat right, you’re not going to be able to build muscle ,so you definitely won’t be able to burn calories!
All of my 1:1 clients go through this same movement screening so I can make sure we are getting their body moving right so they CAN build muscle and ultimately change the shape of their body!!
